Guided by a methodical, engineering-honed approach, Jeffrey steers the company toward industry leadership while reinvesting in talent, modern equipment, and best-in-class software. A builder of both structures and long-term relationships, he earns trust through listening, problem-solving, and consistent delivery — making him the person clients call when they need “something, anything” built with precision and purpose.

With over a decade of leadership experience across diverse industries, Muhammad Fikri serves as the Business Development Director at Beaks Construction. A seasoned strategist, he has a proven track record of driving growth through innovative solutions, stakeholder collaboration, and market expansion. His expertise includes market analysis, client relations, negotiation, and operational logistics.

From 2011 to 2014, Fikri managed large-scale corporate events at Aurora Gallery Sdn Bhd, working with government agencies and high-value clients like Tesco Malaysia and the Melaka State Government. Later, as State Director for Bukti Megah Sdn Bhd, he established and managed a foreign worker office in Melaka, ensuring compliance and efficient op-erations.

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Allan Chong has been a dedicated leader at Beaks Construction since 2016. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Stanford College, Allan specialises in project costing, site planning, and ensuring seamless project execution. His expertise encompasses tender preparation, budget control, cost analysis, and vendor negotiations. On-site, Allan oversees quality assurance, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.

A hands-on problem solver, Allan addresses technical challenges, staff issues, and operational setbacks with efficiency and foresight. By analysing tender losses, he identifies market trends and uses insights to strengthen future strategies. Committed to excellence, Allan ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Meor Hafizi, a Civil Engineering graduate from UiTM Shah Alam and a Board of Engineers Malaysia member since 2011, brings 13 years of experience to his role as Assistant Project Director at Beaks Construction. Since joining the company in 2016, he has become an invaluable asset and team leader, valued for his ability to plan and manage projects from inception to completion.

Specialising in project planning and coordination, Meor oversees the planning department, ensures timely project delivery, and resolves technical issues efficiently. His strong relationships with federal and local authorities streamline approvals and regulatory compliance. Known for his data-driven decisions, he is trusted by management and respected for his coaching approach to hiring and mentoring teams, fostering sustainable growth and quality outcomes.
