INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES
Moving up the table of complex construction projects, we arrive a industrial facilities. Built to serve specific needs, these facilities bring with them unique sets of challenges from inception to commissioning and delivery. Regulated by a multitude of domestic and/or international regulatory agencies – depending on how near or far they are from the critical infrastructure epicentre – the three primary needs of industrial facilities are safety, reliability, and efficiency. Notwithstanding the construction costs, clients have the added burdens of millions if not hundreds of millions of dollars equipment, technology, and logistics costs, plus unyielding deadlines that affect revenue, penalties, fiscal reports, and countless stake/share-holders.
Even as a newly minted construction firm with less than a decade of project portfolio, the sum of our parts – i.e our teams of engineers and managers that we have brought together and are continually assembling – provide us with the necessary knowledge, expertise, and confidence to initiate, undertake, execute, and deliver medium to large scale industrial construction projects.
