COMMERCIAL
+ RESIDENTIAL
Within the context and confines of Maeslow’s hierarchy of needs, Asians gravitate most towards the lowest and highest rungs: physiological needs and self-actualisation. A home. From a mere shelter to making a statement. Which brings us to our brick-and-mortar (read: bread-and-butter) business: building homes – from affordable residential towers to bespoke homes. Although the two are diametrically opposed, with vastly differing investment values for the home owners, we approach their constructions with the same mindset: build it right the first, all the time. For one, they get the best quality refuge to focus on their move up the hierarchy of needs. For the other, provide them their raison d’être to signify they have moved up.
What we build are no more, no less structures that fulfill each rung of needs: Literal places where individuals and communities live, work, play, consume, socialise, and thrive. It’s that simple understanding that allows us to always embark on a new project with passion, and precision at all levels: planning, budgeting, negotiating, purchasing, constructing, detailing, and most importantly finishing the project by delivering them within budget, and on time.
